Sprinkled by Gina LaManna

REVIEWED BY Becky Cox

Sprinkled (Lacey Luzzi Mafia Mysteries #1)Sprinkled by Gina LaManna
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Sprinkled is a light fun read. I giggled more than once and smiled pretty much the entire book. Lacey is forever getting herself into trouble. Her inner dialogue is hilarious.

Although the premise of the book is heavy the story itself is very lighthearted.

Lacey's mom ran from her family and supported Lacey and herself by stripping. After her death Lacey searches out the Family. She discovers her grandfather is the head of the Italian mob. He gives her a few assignments to earn money because he believes in earning your money not just having it handed to you.

These assignment send Lacey on her accident prone, trouble finding journey.

Lacey's best friend Meg is word vomit funny. You never know what is going to come out of her mouth and it is generally inappropriate.

Sprinkled and Lacey will bring a smile to your face at the end of a crappy day. Recommended to any reader looking for a fun read.
